Coolbeans Upcoming Events   
Our next open-mic night will be on July 25th, sign up early !!! 

Open mic nights at Coolbeans are held to give performers an opportunity to share their talents in a supportive atmosphere. This is a family oriented business/event so please keep performances appropriate for all ages.

If you are interested in performing please email Denise at beans8033@att.net. Include your name and a brief description of your performance. Please make sure to reference open mic night in your subject line.

Space is limited so sign up early. We ask that you do not bring any instruments that need assembly.

There is a $2.00 donation for artists and audience members to cover the cost of promotion.

Our equipment is limited to 2 amplifiers and 2 microphones.

We also ask that in consideration for others performing, please stay the entire time. This allows the last performer the same courtesy as the first. 

Coolbeans Open-Mic Night policies and instructions:

The order of performance will be drawn the night of the event. The drawing will begin at the start of the night. If you are not present when the order is drawn, your name will be placed back into the mix until you arrive or until all names have been drawn. Expect to perform 2-4 songs or 10-15 minutes. This is dependent upon the number of people who respond and show up the night of the event. Anyone who shows up the night of the event to perform without pre-registering on the website, will only be allowed to do so if time permits once all the registered performers are finished.

If you invite other performers to join you they need to be ready ahead of time to keep things moving. Please  keep additional musicians as your back-up if they wish to perform in a lead position they must sign up separately.
